First time I ever had sushi was in this great place in Milan and what a great experience. It was their first or second year and they have been booming since.
They have an open kitchen, Kaiten sushi (conveyor belt) and also your more traditional restaurant setting.
I would book a table before hand unless you are in the mood for waiting around for a while.
Apparently they are also in Rome
